i found the hotel maintained, including beautiful views everywhere. the service was so great. housekeeping paid great attention to detail. the hotel included complimentary activities like yoga, i found it lovely.

The arrival was not perfect. I had a long wait for check-in and i needed to ask the front desk for assistance

slow check-in indifferent service

The check-in process was quite slow. i waited almost an hour for my room (i think the hotel should improve this). dinner was a particular letdown. The service felt indifferent, and the food quality was below expectations. the common washrooms near the restaurant also seemed insufficient (especially for older guests).

the internet access was unreliable i depend on stable connectivity for work the constant disconnections made it difficult to manage my tasks effectively also the in-room dining menu lacked variety i found it repetitive and not reflective of local culinary offerings a broader selection would improve the dining experience .

The breakfast offered great food quality and I found the gym and swimming pool quite good. Check-in was convenient. The staff was attentive. They were also hospitable, it. The hotel was clean. It was also well kept.

lush lawns attentive staff modern comfort

i enjoyed the peacocks wailing in the morning. the lush green lawns and mughal architecture offered great views. the staff was helpful with an early check-in and lavish buffet. the garden view room was a perfect blend of modern comfort and timeless luxury.

The hotel was generally quite noisy at night. That disturbed my sleep.
